It has come as a bit of a surprise, the release of iOS 6.1.1, for it doesn't patch evasi0n jailbreak's exploit as of yet. The evad3rs dev team have updated evasi0n to version 1.3 with complete support for untether jailbreak on the iOS 6.1.1 firmware which was released for the iPhone 4S only. As it follows from a tweet by the evad3rs, it  should now correctly support Mac OS X 10.5. Read more for complete download links and tutorials for your idevice.

It follows from an official tweet, evasi0n jailbreak tool is completely ready for Windows and Mac OS X. It will be compatible with iPhone 5, iPad Mini and all other idevices supporting iOS 6 and iOS 6.1. The hacking team has shed some more light on the current status of the jailbreak and how it's going.
