Again our Facebook Fan Page is flooding with users asking how to activate iOS 7 firmware. The process is quite simple and can be done by almost anyone without any fuss. We have even prepared a detailed video tutorial on how to carry out this method. Indeed, Apple has rushed with this update and failed to keep this version of iOS ultra-secure, as it did with the previous versions. So, whatcha wating for ? Hit the jump and activate your device.
Activating iOS 7 Beta 1 Firmware
Step 1: Install iOS 7 beta 1 on your device, follow this tutorial if you haven't done this already.
Step 2: Let your device reboot running this new firmware version. Now, you will be presented with the setup guide.
Step 3: Swipe to the right to navigate to the language selection screen.
Step 4: Press the Home button and then tap Emergency Call.
Step 5: Press the home button 3 successive times which will activate the VoiceOver feature.
Step 6: Tap the Call button. This will highlight the call button.
Step 7: Swipe left on the screen. This will highlight hidden Phone app tabs.
Step 8: When Voicemail is highlighted, double tap in the highlight frame. This will start a call to your voicemail and it will fail at the same time too. Don't worry this is a part of the process.
Step 9: You can now disable VoiceOver by triple pressing the Home Button. Now, press Cancel.
Now the process is over and you can easily use iOS 7 on your desired device. Enjoy the latest update. Here's the video if you weren't able to get this right the first time...
Also, this method is completely confirmed and verified by us. A huge number of users were able to do it successfully using this tutorial. If you couldn't get this to work, keep trying the stuff exactly as given in the steps above and it will work.

why do you have to go through these weird steps?
June 14, 2013 at 4:58 AM
Just because it works and there's no other method to do that.

This does actually get you to the home screen but on my iPhone 5 nothing works, all you can do is swipe around. I also can't load my backup onto it, because iTunes still thinks, I use iOs 6.1.4
Still a funny tweak.

in my 25 years of workarounds, hacks and pirating...on thousands of devices and OS'. this. this is the most ridiculous method to test an operating system if i have ever seen one. apple's getting the consumer to pay to do their bug testing for them as opposed to paying us. slavery hidden in the form of consumerism...
we thought Microsoft were the evil ones in the 90's and 00's. i don't think i can ever turn around and think of a time in my life where microsoft has fucked me. apple on the other hand... we've been treated like an indian gang rape victims and been told to be thankful for it. yet, we still keep coming back for more.
we paid them to do whatever they want with our personal information... protect us from the dangers and evils of the cyber world. yet, when time comes around for us to ask for a hand...bad luck.

Hey Jason, this is working for most of the users. One user reported success at the time when this comment was made.
What he did was, downgrade back to the latest official firmware that is 6.1.3 or 6.1.4( for iPhone 5 only), then repeat the entire process and it worked successfully.
June 15, 2013 at 4:31 AM
Yes, the process is 100% wokring at the time of writing of this comment. Feel free to proceed with it and enjoy the latest firmware. Just follow the exact steps we have listed in our tutorials.

I noticed that on the left top signal mine show 'No Service' meanwhile your got bars. Obvious us without bar cannot call voicemail. plz help
June 21, 2013 at 2:29 AM
Hey anon, it supports every country.
June 21, 2013 at 2:32 AM
Your signal reception service is not working well then. First of all, you need to make sure that you are connected, try this outdoors so you can get better signals. it's a problem of your service provider not your device.

So, I didn't even get the language screen, went straight to Wi-Fi setup. Then after following the prompts it brought up my home screen, looks good. Only problem I seem to be having is it won't restore from my backup, just restarts and brings me back to the setup screen...
