Notcom, the developer of Tinyumbrella, updated the tool to version 6.12.00 which supports the iOS 6.1.2 firmware. Apple hasn't patched the evasi0n jailbreak on the iOS 6.1.2 firmware and it can still be jailbroken using evasi0n. According to evad3rs dev team member Planetbeing, Apple will patch and fully kill the evasi0n jailbreak's exploits in the iOS 6.1.3 public release, so use tinyumbrella to save your blobs now. Why save your SHSH blobs 'now' ?

It is very important to save your shsh blobs, the reasons being... 

• If you update to a newer firmware version and you want to downgrade to a lower version when Apple has stopped signing it, you will require your saved shsh blobs. 

• If you save your shsh blobs, you can then easily restore to the same firmware version you are currently running even when Apple has stopped signing it.
