Apple just released iOS 6.1.3 fixing the lockscreen security exploit which allows anyone to bypass the passcode on your idevice. This new found security vulnerability in iOS 6.1.3 lets anyone access your private data like photos, contacts,etc by pressing just a few buttons. However, this bug is not as dangerous as the previous ones and can be disabled by turning off the Voice Dial in Settings > General > Passcode Lock.
