Tinyumbrella SHSH blobs saving software has been updated with support for iOS 6.1.3 firmware and usual bug fixes. If you are on iOS 6.1.3, you must save your SHSH Blobs now. However, the actual number of jailbroken devices running iOS 6.1.3 is still quite low because currently there is no working solution for A5 bootrom devices. Notcom has also fixed the "ClassNotFoundException on Platform" error in this iteration of the software. What are you waiting for, hit the read more button and download TInyumbrella now.

I have told this time to time and once again I recommend you to save your SHSH blobs right now locally on your computer using Tinyumbrella because you never know when Cydia's servers go crashing. Earlier this month, Jay Freeman aka Saurik, the creator of Cydia, stated on his blog that all iOS 6.x SHSH Blobs saved with Cydia were rendered useless due to a server-wide error which resulted into corrupt APTickets.
For those of you who don't know, SHSH blobs are of high importance when you update to a newer iOS firmware version and want to downgrade or go back to the previous version when Apple stops signing it.
Moreover, in case you face some kind of malfunction or crashes in your device, SHSH blobs enable you to re-restore to the same iOS firmware you are currently running even when Apple stops signing it.
Notcom has announced that APTicket validation feature will be included in Tinyumbrella v6.13.01.
Not working :(
Can't do it on your own, we have a guide underway. Until then, post your queries and issues in the comments section below and we will be more than happy to answer.
