If you have been asking this question, "how to go back to 6.1.2?" and are using SHSH blobs for your device running iOS 6.x using Cydia, then unfortunately you will not be able to downgrade iOS 6.1.3 to 6.1.2 at the moment. Saurik, the developer behind Cydia, made this very clear on his official website that all the SHSH blobs saved from iOS 6.0 to 6.1.2 on Cydia were corrupt and hence were rendered useless to jailbreakers. Read more for an easy solution for this problem with TinyUmbrella tool.

We have already stated this before that only those users can downgrade properly who have manually saved their SHSH blobs (aptickets) on their computers using iFaith, Tinyumbrella or redsn0w tools. If you have already done this, you can go back from iOS 6.1.3 to 6.1.2 easily with sn0wbreeze or redsn0w jailbreak tools. Follow the tutorial given here if you own a pre-A5 bootrom device such as the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod touch 4G...

Watch this the next time out, always manually save your SHSHs (aptickets) with Tinyumbrella just to stay on the safer side. Although, Cydia saves my blobs automatically but it still gives me peace of mind to do this. If you own an A5 bootrom device running iOS 6, then even saving manually them won't help.

Here's a tweet from the official Twitter handle of the evad3rs dev team who developed the evasi0n iOS 6 untethered jailbreak...
