Facebook has sent out invitations to the media for an official event on April 4th at 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park. The invite features the tag line "Come See Our New Home on Android”. With rumors running rife at this moment, it could announce a new smartphone to rival the iPhone or just a tweaked version of Android optimized as Amazon did with the Kindle e-book reader.
